You've got the ticket, now learn to train: a 2-day program that gives site trainers, assessors and OJTs the coaching, feedback and assessing skills the TAE units don't teach. Turn good operators into great trainers. 2 days face-to-face, up to 8 per group, scenario and roleplay based, non-accredited to complement your TAE units, certificate of completion for all participants, delivered on site or at a mining hub.
